These terms cover the text-messaging program run by Demakis Technologies Inc. ("Demakis Technologies," "we," "us").
1. Program name and description
Demakis Technologies Customer Care Texts. We send customer care text messages to people who contacted us and asked us to reply by text. Messages are about your own requests: answers to your questions, confirmations of calls or on-site visits you asked us to schedule, and status updates on your support requests. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
2. Numbers we text from
Our texts come from our toll-free number (833) 901-6649 or our business line (224) 516-0966.
3. How you opt in
You join this program in either of these ways:
- You text us first at one of the numbers above. We reply only to your request.
- You check the optional SMS box on our contact form at https://demakistechnologies.com/contact/. The box is unchecked by default. You can send the form without checking it and without giving a phone number; in that case we reply by email or phone only.
After you opt in through the form, we send one confirmation text to the number you entered. It names our business and repeats the frequency, rates, HELP and STOP information. Consent to receive texts is never required to use our website, request a quote or buy any service.
4. Message frequency
Message frequency varies. It depends on your requests, and is usually a few messages for each request.
5. Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details. We do not charge for our text messages.
6. How to opt out
Reply STOP to opt out. You can also reply UNSUBSCRIBE, END, QUIT, CANCEL, REVOKE or OPTOUT. We will send one final text confirming that you are unsubscribed, and then no more texts from that number. You can also opt out by emailing info@demakistech.com or calling (833) 901-6649, or by telling us in any other reasonable way, and we will stop texting you from both of our numbers. To rejoin, reply START.
7. How to get help
Reply HELP for help. You can also email info@demakistech.com or call (833) 901-6649 during business hours, Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific Time.
8. Carriers
Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed.
9. Eligibility
This program is for U.S. mobile numbers. By opting in, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that you are the account holder for the mobile number or have the account holder's permission.
10. Privacy
Your information is handled under our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent won't be shared with any third parties.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post changes on this page and update the effective date. If a change affects how we text you, we will tell you by text before it takes effect, and you can reply STOP at any time.
