An owner-led IT company in Irvine
Demakis Technologies Inc. was founded in 2017 by Constantine Demakis. It grew out of hands-on field work: configuring firewalls and networks, deploying workstations and phones, and surveying sites for offices, stores and restaurants.
Today the company focuses on managed IT and security for small businesses in Orange County, and on on-site field services for other IT providers.
Who you work with
Constantine leads every client relationship and does the technical work himself. The person who scopes your project is the person who does it, and the person you call when something needs to change.
How we work
Plain answers, in writing.
Proposals, changes and recommendations come in writing, in language your office manager can read.
Security is part of every plan.
Every plan starts from the same written baseline: multi-factor sign-in, endpoint protection and tested backups. Anything your plan does not include is quoted separately or declined in writing, never left unsaid.
Support hours we can keep.
We publish business-hours support and write the response targets into your agreement. We don't promise round-the-clock cover we can't give.
Your systems stay yours.
For Microsoft 365 and admin consoles we use named accounts with multi-factor sign-in, not shared passwords. Where a vendor offers no named login, the credential goes into an encrypted vault. Everything we set up is documented, so you are never locked in by what only we know.
No surprises about tools.
Your agreement lists the software we use on your systems, including any AI tools, and what each one can access.
